行为
- 如果环境中未加载
harvestthenether但harvestthenether.cfg存在且fether.cfg不存在，自动FileUtils.moveFile改名（FetherConfig.init）。 - 启动时输出
WARN日志：“Pam’s Harvest the Nether is loaded! Consider removing it, its content is fully contained within Fether.” Fether.onMissingMapping监听所有harvestthenether:命名缺失映射（BLOCK与ITEM）：
