Cloud Seed Concentrated (fluid) — “CloudSeedConcentrated” in BlockFluidEio

Effect

When an entity comes into contact with Cloud Seed Concentrated fluid:

• Effect: Potion.blindness
• Duration: 40 ticks (~2 seconds)
• Amplifier: 0 (level I)
• 构造参数第 4 位为 isAmbient = true（源码 new PotionEffect(..., true)）；不是 “particles” 开关，粒子由第 5 位参数控制，本次未传即默认显示

Notes

Cloud Seed Concentrated is one of the cloud seed fluids in Ender IO’s fluid system. The blindness effect causes the player’s vision to go black, preventing them from seeing their surroundings. This is primarily an environmental hazard.

The duration is relatively short (2 seconds), so the effect wears off quickly after leaving the fluid.
